Ortho Class offers free shipping on all orders.

Good to know the rules.

Free Shipping:

Free worldwide shipping is applied to all order of value $100 or above on all orders every time. No ifs or buts.

For orders below a value $200 shipping expense will be charged and is calculated based on the weight and the courier service of your choice.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking Package:

We will email you the confirmation of shipment along with the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped so you can track the real-time location of your package.

Shipping Method:

We mostly ship to the USA by EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL, and SKY NET, to Asia and Africa by EMS (Express Mail Service) and DHL, to Europe by DHL and DPD, and to Australia by TOLL

If the customer desires a different shipping method than our regular shipping method, please talk to your assigned Ortho Class representative. If additional charges are required, the customer will receive a revised invoice. In most cases, additional charges are not required.

Dispatch Time:

All orders are dispatched the same business day if the purchase is made by 2:00 pm (We are at (+5 GMT). Please check your local time), or else they will be dispatched within 24 Hours after the cleared payment.

Sometimes, there may be a delay depending on stock unavailability. If that is the case, we will notify the customer within a few hours.

Estimated Delivery Times:

It normally takes 8-12 Business Days to arrive by DPD and Express Mail Service (EMS), and 4 to 6 Business Days by DHL.

*In some cases, we may require extra information like Value Added Tax Number (VAT) or Company Registration No to write on the shipment booking slip while creating the shipment slip as demanded by the courier company or by the inbound local authorities of your home country.
 
**Temporarily free shipping is not applied to South American countries, which are Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela. To these countries, shipping is charged based on weight, and packages are shipped only by FedEx. Customers from South American countries are advised to submit inquiries to [email protected] rather than placing orders online.
